Job Summary

Perform Clerical and Administrative duties of the GSE Department and Parts Inventory as laid out by the GSE Manager.

The expected pay rate is $25 / HR. Full-time employees are offered a range of health and wellness benefits as well as 401(k) with company match paid vacation time, sick time, and company paid holidays.

Your activities

  • Enter work orders and preventative maintenance records in shop computer
  • Maintain equipment file folders current
  • Ensure equipment parts are available for preventative maintenance
  • Call vendors for proper vehicle parts and pricing
  • Answer phones and receive parts at shop gate
  • Report any irregularity in parts room
  • Track parts being used on equipment and leaving parts room
  • Tracks warranty repairs and parts on Swissport equipment
  • Tracks and invoices third party repairs and maintenance when performed
  • Code invoicing to proper GL accounts
  • Track GSE Technicians hours for payroll department and report
  • Shipping of warranty parts to venders
  • Other duties as required from time to time

  • Minimum Education (graduation, school leaving certificate, business and admin school)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills
  • Good clerical and telephone skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Knowledge of equipment parts and inventory control is an asset
  • Knowledge of Maximo or any other Asset Management Tools is a plus
