Job descriptionCurrent and valid RN licensure (state-specific). CPR certification required (ACLS preferred). CRRN certification required within 1 year of meeting eligibility. 1+ year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting (within the last 5 years) preferred; however, other experience will be considered. This is for day shift- however, night shift is available also Hourly pay range : $34.33 – $49.75 , based on experience and certifications. Clinical Magnet (Part of ICON Medical) is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our partner's full-time day shift team at a Rehabilitation Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico .
This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY
Key Responsibilities for the Registered Nurse :
- Provide high-quality, compassionate, individualized care for patients during their rehabilitation journey.
- Lead patient assessments and create personalized care plans to support recovery goals.
- Communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Support staff as a clinical resource and assist with complex patient needs.
- Celebrate milestones and successes throughout the patient’s rehabilitation.
