Job descriptionEdit short-form videos that drive engagement and conversions Transform UGC into polished ad creatives Collaborate with teammates and clients on creative direction Ensure all outputs meet brand and quality standards 1–2 years of experience in paid social video editing (DTC / e-commerce preferred) Strong eye for storytelling and ad flow (hook → body → CTA) Proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Suite Experience with static / gif & video creatives Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, etc.) preferred Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and collaborative Tech Requirements : Windows (64 GB RAM + 8GB GPU) or Mac (M2 chip or later) Full-time, Remote (EST schedule) Hubstaff time-tracker required for payroll Application Process : Interview → Portfolio Test → Final Interview → Client Review
