With 15 Great Clips locations across Spokane and North Idaho, we offer an average effective wage of $26-$36 / hr (including base wage, productivity pay, and tips). Base pay starts at $17.25 / hr, plus monthly performance bonuses, PTO, health benefits, 401k, and a variety of scheduling options.
