Job Title : Account Representative

Company : Crane Worldwide Logistics, LLC

Duration : Perm / FTE

Pay rate : $60-62k base (eligible for quarterly bonuses averaging $5k)

Location : North Houston, TX (1500 Rankin Rd, Houston, TX 77073)

Hybrid Schedule : M-F 8-5, Onsite (hybrid with 1 day / week remote after first 3 months)

Desired Skillset :

Previous experience in supply chain / logistics
Excellent customer service and communication
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Familiarity with CRM platforms and similar software
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Urgent and detail-oriented

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking an Account Representative to support Crane Worldwide Logistics in the North Houston area. The ideal candidate will have a passion to move into sales and needs to be an excellent team player. This role will report directly to the Account Manager and will be responsible for helping ensure client stratification. This role will be eligible for quarterly bonuses.

Responsible for client communications and conflict resolution.

Ensures that client issues are dealt with efficiently, informing the Account Manager of any problems that may arise.

With direction from the account manager, manage the invoices and accounts receivables for the account.

Works closely with the project team to maintain a continuous knowledge of the account status at all times.

Ensures that all processes and procedures are followed and work toward process improvement

Understanding of company capabilities and service, and gain the ability to effectively communicate all offerings to the client.

Reports to the Account Manager, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.

Report analysis, trends, and corrective actions
