A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to develop performance-based adult training courses.
Key Responsibilities
Support the design and development of adult training courses using effective learning strategies
Produce virtual meetings, webinars, and learning events, and conduct training needs assessments
Design and develop learner-centered courses and materials, including evaluation instruments
Required Qualifications
BA or BS plus five years of relevant experience or M.A. in a related field
Experience designing and producing virtual courses and learning events
Strong command of adult learning theory for classroom and virtual training
Experience with need-gathering techniques to document instructional needs
Demonstrated experience in designing synchronous and blended learning solutions
