Job Summary

The Warehouse Lead is an integral part of the Operations Team by ensuring accurate inventory levels, managing Kanban items replenishment, leading receiving process and supporting kitting process for production.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely receipt of raw goods
• Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and enforcing security procedures / protocols
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts
• Maintains organization of warehouse, but also able to identify opportunities for improvement
• Oversees kitting process to ensure accurate and timely delivery of production kits to the production area
• Supports training of any new Warehouse employees or other employees interacting with Warehouse
• Identify and find new opportunities to improve safety and inventory control procedures
• Maintain, update, and report key performance indicators to plant management daily
• Other job duties may be assigned as needed
