Key Responsibilities
Process biweekly and weekly payroll cycles accurately and on schedule.Review timesheets, verify hours, and reconcile discrepancies.Maintain employee payroll records and update pay changes, tax withholdings, and benefits.Prepare and file payroll tax reports and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Assist with audits, 401(k) contributions, and year-end W-2 preparation.Respond to payroll-related inquiries with professionalism and discretion.Core Competencies
3+ years of payroll processing experience (multi-state preferred).Proficiency in ADP, Paylocity, Paycor, or similar payroll systems.Strong understanding of payroll laws, taxes, and wage garnishments.High attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Location : Plymouth, IN (Eastern Time Zone)
Schedule : Full-time, Monday-Friday
Compensation : $48,000-$60,000 annually based on experience
