Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Brand Sales Specialist, you will work closely with clients to develop relationships, understand their needs, earn their trust, and demonstrate how IBM's industry-leading solutions solve their problems and deliver business value.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

  • Build and maintain client relationships while highlighting the value of IBM's technology solutions; prospect and expand the pipeline.
  • Apply solution-selling techniques to engage decision-makers, assess and qualify opportunities, and establish enduring partnerships.
  • Oversee the full sales process from opportunity identification to RFI / RFP responses, aiming to acquire new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with IBM's sales network to develop and execute sales campaigns, contributing to pipeline growth.

Qualifications

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • A proven, successful history in technology sales and co-selling with partners
  • A track record of consistently achieving targets and delivering results
  • Functional competence across the Data & AI landscape
  • Self-starter with the ability to acquire new skills and collaborate with IBM and partner teams
  • Ability to generate pipeline using creative techniques, tools, and top-tier channel partners
  • Ability to articulate the business and financial impact of tech solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills that are engaging and influential
  • Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Expertise in the Data & AI market to serve as a trusted client advisor (training on IBM's Data & AI offerings provided)
  • Understanding of IBM's competitive differentiation and competitors' positions in the market
