JOB SUMMARY
The Client Service Representative role provides exceptional client support with accuracy, speed, and responsiveness. This candidate will act as a key liaison between Sales, Client Success Managers, and Production teams to manage orders, approvals, and fulfillment end-to-end. Must translate client needs into seamless production and delivery, and excel independently and across teams to deliver outstanding client experiences.
- Link Client Services / Sales with Operations for daily order processing and updates
- Manage full order lifecycle : entry, confirmation, changes, tracking via ERP system
- Coordinate across Production, Scheduling, Procurement, Quality, and Shipping teams for timely fulfillment
- Update WIP / dashboards; share updates with respective teams
- Follow SOPs, maintain data accuracy and quality standards
- Support Client Service management on client visits, audits, press checks
- Resolve quality issues with Production / Quality teams
- Back up team; train on SAP and tools
Qualifications :
High School required, bachelor’s degree strongly preferredMinimum 2 years of order management experience in a Manufacturing, Printing, Financial, or related environment.Demonstrated advanced working knowledge of end-to-end client order processes across varying client types.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); experience with digital file navigation and document handling.ERP experience required; SAP strongly preferred.Strong organization, planning, and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional and client-oriented demeanor.Self-motivated and team-oriented, with a proactive approach to meeting client expectations and deadlines.The above job description is meant to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
