The Quality Management department is responsible for completing and reviewing task related to claims that have been denied. They are the last line of defense and responsible for researching claims to send back to Health Plans for resubmission. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and writted communication skills. They will be required to reach out and communicate directly with Doctor Offices, Health Plans, and Medical Directors to gather required information for appeals process.
