ServiceNow Platform Architect

A company is looking for a Service Management Platform Architect (ServiceNow).

Key Responsibilities

Designs and develops technical architecture to meet business requirements while complying with enterprise standards

Develops proof of concepts and business cases for solution options to present to leadership

Leads the design and implementation of platform applications, services, modules, and integrations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required; Bachelor's degree preferred

ServiceNow Certified Administrator certification

Expert level knowledge of platform technology and industry trends

Experience in Service Catalog Design and Management
