Senior Change Consultant

A company is looking for a Senior Change & Communications Consultant for a 12-month contract role that is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver end-to-end change management and communications strategies for global finance transformation initiatives

Partner with senior stakeholders and regional leads to craft and deliver effective communications that enhance engagement

Facilitate alignment meetings and workshops while coaching offshore analysts to execute communications deliverables

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in change management and organizational communications for enterprise-scale transformations

Proven success working onsite with senior stakeholders to drive alignment and engagement

Experience with finance, technology, or analytics-driven programs, such as ERP or digital transformation

Familiarity with change management frameworks like Prosci / ADKAR or Kotter

Ability to operate confidently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
