Job descriptionWide variety of ED patients with a focus on lower acuity patients I and D's, laceration repairs PAs are expected to see any patient complaint but are not expected to perform invasive procedures such as central lines, intubation, lumbar puncture. There aren't any patients that the APP isn't "allowed" to see but in general the attending will see the critically ill patients and evaluate STEMI / Stroke patients while the PA is expected to see the minor complaint patients and perform minor procedures including lacerations / I&D etc
Schedule :
- Primarily night coverage (7p-7a). But will need all shifts listed.
- M-S 7a-7p : 9a-9p : 7p-7a
