What You'll Do as an Accounts Receivable Clerk :

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you'll be responsible for :

Applying payments and managing daily cash deposits.

Generate and distribute invoices based on the AR aging report.

Maintaining accurate records by updating the accounts receivable ledger.

Processing daily credit card deposits and preparing cash control sheets.

Responding to customer requests for invoice copies and documentation.

Organizing and filing check stubs and bank receipts.

Supporting the accounting team with additional AR-related tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For in an Accounts Receivable Clerk :

1+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable (Recent grads are encouraged to apply!)

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.

Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Excellent communication and time management skills.
