1. Completes initial assessments to establish master treatment goals.
2. Coordinates clinical services while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
3. Identifies therapeutic needs and continuum of clinical care for the clients.
4. Performs psychotherapy, group, and family therapy as needed.
5. Documents all services, attends treatment team meetings, and works closely with inpatient behavioral staff.
6. Facilitates specialized groups using evidence based interventions (CBT, DBT, movement therapy, etc).
