Position Title : Program Technical Coordinator (Program / Project Manager II - eCRAFT MANP2)
Location : Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), Philadelphia, PA
Work Arrangement : Remote (with potential on-site visits as required)
Clearance Requirement : U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain a security clearance
Position Overview
The Program Technical Coordinator will provide programmatic, technical, and project management support to the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) in support of the eCRAFT MANP2 initiative. This position will focus on diesel propulsion and power generating systems for U.S. Navy vessels, ensuring operational readiness, lifecycle support, and alignment with Navy engineering standards. The coordinator will act as a central point of contact for stakeholders, oversee technical requirements, and ensure compliance with program milestones and deliverables.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Marine Engineering.
Minimum of 12 years of Marine Engineering or U.S. Navy Engineman experience in diesel propulsion and power generating systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools.
Compensation : $40-48 / Per Hour
