Telehealth Physical Therapist (FL, CA, NY, PA, MI)

A company is looking for a Telehealth Physical Therapist (Licensed in FL, CA, NY, PA, or MI).

Key Responsibilities :

Perform clinical assessments of patients to evaluate functional status and therapy needs

Review patient charts for completeness, accuracy, and clinical appropriateness

Document evaluations and treatment recommendations in the EHR

Qualifications :

Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program or equivalent

Active, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the U.S

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal or orthopedic rehab

Registered to practice in FL, CA, NY, PA, or MI (multiple states preferred)

Experience in chart review and developing comprehensive care plans
