Strategic Planning Manager

A company is looking for a Strategic Planning Manager to support strategy development and execution in the insurance business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial models to support strategy development and profitability analysis

Prepare business cases and presentations for strategic initiatives, including cost-benefit analyses

Provide data-driven insights for strategic initiatives and conduct scenario analysis for potential outcomes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

4-7 years of financial analysis experience, with at least 3 years in the insurance industry

Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis is highly desirable
