Job Summary
Our Group Fitness instructors teach a variety of assigned classes in our recreation program. Currently we are looking for regular instructors in a variety of fitness formats.
Under direct supervision of the Assistant Director for Recreation, instructors will provide group fitness instruction in a variety of classes, monitor & educate patrons on fitness and exercise, and maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for class participants.
Instructor may be asked to teach a variety of cardiovascular, strength, dance, Pilates, or flexibility-based group fitness class formats to students, faculty, staff and members. Class formats include : Boot Camp, Spin, Weight Training, High Intensity Interval, Barre, Pilates, Dance Fitness, & Aqua Aerobics. Class size from 10-20 participants.

$40 per hour
The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
