Job Opportunity : Counter Help at Plumbing Supply Store

We are a well-established plumbing supply store seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as Counter Help. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Greet customers and assist with product inquiries.
  • Process sales transactions at the counter.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves.
  • Provide guidance on plumbing products, tools, and supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Help customers load large or bulky items as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications :

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
  • Knowledge of plumbing products is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
