569170### Job TitleInstructional Designer (Hospital Patient Monitoring)### Job Description Instructional Designer (Hospital Patient Monitoring) Nashville, TN Your role : Gather inputs, creates facilitator-led and digital course / curriculum outlines, and building engaging learning activities for Philips field and customers.* Work with stakeholders across the business including those in the markets, product ownership, and end users, as well as the HPM education services team.* Work cooperatively with instructional designers, delivery specialists, and subject matter experts to generate ideas for creating engaging learning activities. You're the right fit if : You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience designing and developing learning materials in a variety of formats and assessment techniques, including experience working with IT or technical audiences.* Your skills include ability to manage multiple projects, apply adult learning methodologies and a variety of tested learning theories, and have a learner’s mindset – always looking for ways to improve the educational experience.* You have a bachelor’s degree and ideally an advanced degree or certification in the learning / education domain.* You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this . Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
