ClearPath CPA Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Finance & Invoicing Agent to join our remote team. If you're someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes — we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing :

Creating and sending invoices to our clients
Keeping track of payments and following up on any outstanding ones
Making sure our billing records are accurate and up to date
Answering client questions about invoices in a friendly, professional way
Helping out with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking

What we’re looking for :

2+ years of experience in invoicing, billing, or bookkeeping

Comfortable using QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools

Super organized and detail-oriented

Great communication skills — written and verbal

Able to manage your own time and work independently from home

Pay & Hours :

40–$45 / hour, depending on experience

10–20 hours per week, flexible schedule

Paid every 2 weeks + room for growth and bonuses
