Skilled Tradesperson

The Skilled Tradesperson performs work in the major technical trades. This position will perform physical labor tasks for construction projects, including ground-up, remodels, retrofits, and repairs to interior and exterior structures. This position will operate various hand and power tools associated with the assigned task. Tasks include (but are not limited to) : plumbing, electrical, concrete, flooring, roofing, painting, framing, drywall, and finishing skills for doors, windows, cabinetry, install of fixtures including windows, roofing, floorings, trim, tile, ceiling tile, and hardware. The specific on-site tasks are related to the needs and duties of each project.
