Registered Nurse

Pride Health is seeking a RN Home Health for a 13-week contract (with high possibility of extension) at a healthcare facility in Katy, TX . This is a great opportunity for experienced candidates to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment while gaining valuable experience. Position Details : Job title : RN Home Health Location : Katy, TX Start Date : 10 / 27 / 2025 Contract Length : 13 weeks Shift : Days | 5X8s Hours per Week : 40 hours Travel Pay : $2,200 / week Key Responsibilities : Conduct comprehensive assessments of home health and hospice patients to identify physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs, and develop individualized Plans of Care accordingly. Deliver direct nursing care, including infection control and pain management, while documenting all interventions and patient progress to ensure continuity and quality of care. Educate patients and families on care routines, medications, diet, and home safety, tailoring teaching methods to individual learning needs and cultural backgrounds. Supervise and guide HHAs, STNAs, and LVNs to maintain high standards of service delivery and coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members. Manage referrals, comply with third-party payer requirements, participate in on-call rotations, and attend care planning and team meetings as needed. Experience : 2 years experience as an RN in a clinical setting, preferably in a home health or hospice setting Homecare Homebase Software Experience OASIS Experience Certifications & Skills : Active RN License Valid Driver's License BLS (AHA)
