Job descriptionAssist with the preparation of surfaces for asphalt installation Operate hand and power tools to break up old asphalt and prepare surfaces for repair Assist with the installation of new asphalt surfaces Assist with the repair of existing asphalt surfaces Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools Ensure that all safety protocols are followed at all times Perform other duties as assigned by the Foreman High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience working with asphalt or in a construction-related field preferred Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Ability to work in a team environment Ability to follow instructions and work independently Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor environments Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Summary : We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Asphalt Laborer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the installation, repair, and maintenance of asphalt surfaces. The Asphalt Laborer will work under the supervision of the Foreman and will be required to perform a variety of tasks to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Working Conditions : The Asphalt Laborer will work primarily outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. The position may require working long hours and weekends, depending on project needs. The Asphalt Laborer will be required to lift heavy objects and operate hand and power tools.
Salary : The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience.
