Quality Engineering Associate Manager
You will be the Quality Engineering Associate Manager for the Program Quality Engineering team. Our team is responsible for delivering high-performance missile hardware and launch-vehicle systems that meet the toughest quality standards. As the Quality Engineering Associate Manager, you will be responsible for directing inspectors and quality engineers, allocating resources, and establishing an effective business rhythm that drives flawless execution on the PAC-3 Missile program. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
- Hiring, training, and coaching inspectors and quality engineers while removing barriers to execution.
- Allocating resources, assigning work, and maintaining a metrics program to track performance and adverse trends.
- Communicating quality requirements, addressing concerns, and ensuring product acceptance and timely delivery.
- Managing financial responsibilities for quality activities and ensuring cost-effective execution.
- Continuously identifying and implementing improvements to uphold the highest quality standards.

Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in science, technology, engineering or math; or equivalent education and experience.Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance; and therefore must be a US Citizen.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools.Desired Skills :
STEM degree at Bachelors level or higher preferred.Manufacturing experience.Knowledge of Aerospace standards : AS9100, AS9102, AS9103.Working knowledge of SAP.Working knowledge of root cause and corrective action processes.Experience in Six-Sigma green belt techniques and statistical process control methods.Strong communication skills (both oral and written).Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment.Security Clearance Statement : This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
