We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell V-280 Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) which is part of the US Army's Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless, Bell's Autonomous Pod Transport (APT), and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation aircraft.

Bell has an opening in our Fort Worth, TX headquarters for a Supply Chain Project Management Professional to support FLRAA Procurement Project Management efforts for the development program. You'll support the Strategic Sourcing team in preparation for stakeholder coordination, internal and external engagements, development of presentation materials, and successful completion of a variety of projects.

What you'll be doing as a Supply Chain Project Management Professional :

• Update relevant metrics and provide analysis for internal and external briefings, including those at leadership levels.
• Track and monitor action items and metrics for assigned areas of support, conducting trend analysis to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Organize and coordinate internal, customer, teammate, and suppliers' activities and events, including supplier PIEAs, TAAs, and set up in Bell's system.
• Coordinate, integrate, and populate Monthly Operating Review (MOR), quarterly Rolling Operational Plan Reviews (ROPRs), executive leadership team quarterly Strategic Reviews, and other meetings and events.
• Participate in and support continuous improvement initiatives to benefit FLRAA Supply Chain, including standardize requirements and formatting, including methodology for storing documentation, across multiple cross-functional teams supporting FLRAA.
• Support cross-functional assessment of suppliers for Supply Chain and support group needs in alignment with the FLRAA program, strategic pursuits, and operational initiatives.
• Manage relevant SharePoint site(s) and communication channels.
• Support FLRAA 3DX implementation with the supply base, including aiding in troubleshooting and transmitting appropriate technical packages.
