About the Opportunity :

We’re seeking a Senior Counsel or Partner to join our Product Liability Practice Group in San Diego, CA . This role is ideal for attorneys with 7 + years of litigation experience who have had and value hands-on case responsibility and the opportunity to advance in a trial-oriented practice.

In this role, you will :

Take lead on key litigation activities : depositions, motions, client communication, and expert coordination

Manage discovery strategy and execution

Handle trial prep and courtroom planning

Lead / Participate in Trial Teams

Collaborate with colleagues across offices on major national cases

What We’re Looking For :

J.D. from an accredited law school

Active California Bar license

7+ years of relevant litigation experience

Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

Self-starter with a strategic mindset and trial-readiness

Knowledge of both state and federal court procedures

Prior trial or arbitration experience

Bonus if you have :

Experience in product liability defense
