Regional Sales Manager - Racking - Base Salary to 95k / year - Los Angeles, CA

Our client is dedicated to redefining workplace safety standards and delivering innovative solutions to some of the world's largest companies.
The Regional Sales Manager be responsible for driving revenue by managing and growing the dealer network across the region. This is a field-based position responsible for the execution and implementation of a comprehensive partner program and channel sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have excellent account management skills, a proven channel sales track record, and a deep understanding of the industrial Racking, Racking Systems and Safety Products in the Material Handling sector.

Responsibilities :

Build client's credibility, brand value and trust with partners.

Identify new areas for growth; propose and manage programs and initiatives accordingly.

Create, implement, and execute a strategic sales plan for growing revenue through partners.

Take overall responsibility to recruit, develop and manage new and existing dealer partners.

Qualify new partnership opportunities and facilitate partner onboarding and enablement requirements.

Qualifications :

3+ years of experience as a Partner / Channel Manager

Experience in managing large-scale relationships

Proven experience in executing & onboarding new Partner dealers

Ability to plan, execute and monitor comprehensive business plans

Proven ability to enable, grow & manage multiple channel partners while paying strict attention to details

Compensation & Benefits :

Base salary in the 75k - 95k / year range
