As the PM Snow Crew Supervisor at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient production of quality snow and also responsible for hiring / staffing, scheduling, and performance management / evaluations.

Grand Geneva in Lake Geneva is a 1,300 acre, AAA Four Diamond resort and spa recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler. What You Will Be Doing :

• Responsible for the day to day work responsibilities for the organization as needed
• Supervise all PM Snow Makers
• Assist in pre-season set-up and post-season tear-down
• Assist in snow sports area maintenance, snow making, and lift operation
• Exhibit the highest level of expertise in all areas
• Perform other duties as assigned
