Staff Machine Learning Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Machine Learning Engineer (Brazil Only).

Key Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize impactful machine learning opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders

Lead the end-to-end development of machine learning models, including data collection and algorithm selection

Develop production-grade code for deploying and monitoring machine learning models at scale

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in software development or data science, with 5+ years focused on machine learning

Proven track record of deploying machine learning models that resulted in measurable business growth

Expertise in Python and common ML libraries / frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)

Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets and data processing tools

MS or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
