This role requires a versatile professional with a strong blend of technical acumen analytical thinking and stakeholder engagement skills to support and optimize the State of Montanas Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Cloud Services. The position centers on leveraging cloud-based platforms such as Oracle Taleo Oracle Talent Management Cloud Oracle Learning Management Cloud and Oracle Service Cloud to enhance HR operations across state agencies by performing the following duties :

Training & Knowledge Transfer

Stakeholder Communication & Change Management

Business Analysis & Process Optimization

Performance Improvement & Team Strategy
