Associate Analyst, Strategy and Performance (Hybrid)

Eversource supports work-life balance by offering hybrid schedules for certain roles. Eligibility is based on job responsibilities, operational needs, nature of work and team dynamics. Current guidelines require employees to work at least three days in the office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with the third day set by the employee and supervisor based on department needs. Role and Scope of Position :

Under direct supervision, this position uses analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and enhance supply chain processes. Assists in assembling data, analyzing performance, identifying problems and developing recommendations which support supply chain planning. Responsible for procurement systems administration support including documentation, user training, upgrade coordination, testing, assisting with procurement reporting, data modeling and analytics.

Essential Functions :

• Provides procurement systems administration support : documentation, user training, upgrade coordination, testing, validation of changes.
• Completes predetermined scripts as part of testing plans for procurement system upgrades.
• Oversees various procurement related systems and the related processes.
• Investigates problems, finds root causes, and develops solutions.
• Proactively analyzes data to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency.
• Under direction, gathers and interprets relevant data on costs, productivity, demand patterns and other related metrics.
• Assists in providing analytical support for projects, new business opportunities and proposals.
• Develops ad hoc and regular procurement related reports and analysis for Business Partners, stakeholders, peers and management.
• Builds strong working relationships within Procurement and across Business Units.
