Digital Demand Marketing Manager

We're looking for an experienced and data-driven Digital Demand Marketing Manager to own, execute, and optimize our paid digital advertising strategy across key B2B channels. This critical role is responsible for driving high-quality lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and brand awareness through expert management of campaigns on LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and other paid outlets. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, possesses deep tactical knowledge of these platforms, and is passionate about achieving measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy & Execution
• Develop, launch, and manage end-to-end paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and other paid outlets.
• Own the paid media budget, forecasting spend, and ensuring campaigns deliver against defined CPA, MQL, and pipeline targets.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaign performance.
• Collaborate closely with the Content Marketing Manager to define creative strategy, optimize ad copy and visuals, and ensure the quality and relevance of landing pages and website content used to drive traffic and conversions.
• Work closely with the Head of SEO and their content creation team to ensure paid search keywords align with organic strategies, and to effectively repurpose high-performing content into compelling ad creative.
• Optimization & Analysis
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly performance analysis, interpreting data to derive actionable insights and adjust campaign tactics.
• Manage A / B testing across all campaign elements, including ad copy, visuals, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
• Implement robust tracking and reporting mechanisms using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot to attribute campaign influence to revenue.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and platform updates to identify new opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
• Platform Expertise
• Serve as the in-house expert for advanced features within LinkedIn Campaign Manager (e.g., Lead Gen Forms, Matched Audiences, Conversation Ads).
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Google Ads management, including structuring complex campaigns, optimizing Quality Scores, and managing complex bid strategies.
• Be sure all marketplace content is tracked and updated regularly to align to our in-market messaging.
