Memory Support Care Provider

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Memory Support Care Providers to become part of our exceptional team at Hillside in McMinnville, OR, recognized as a 2025-2026 Best Senior Living Community by U.S News & World Report.

As a Memory Support Care Provider, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by assisting them with personal care and ensuring their well-being in assisted living. Your responsibilities will include providing direct care, assisting with activities of daily living, and engaging residents in meaningful activities tailored to their interests.

Shifts Available:

Full Time Evening, 4 on 2 off rotation from 2PM-10PM

Pay: Starting at $17+ per hour, depending on your experience with caregiving.

Shift Differentials: Additional $2 for Weekend Day/Eve.

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• Experience working with seniors is essential.
• Preferred prior caregiving experience.
• Current first aid/CPR certification.
