Shift :

Day, 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 – 15 : 30)

Call required; response time : 30 minutes

Position :

Travel X-Ray Technologist (1st-time travelers accepted)

Minimum 2 years experience

Perm candidates from other Providence facilities (non-Swedish) eligible if separated ≥3 months

Active compact licenses honored at all Swedish facilities

Patient Population :

Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics

Work Setting :

Adult Outpatient Emergency Department (freestanding ED with outpatient primary care)

Outpatient until 8 PM; ED only after 8 PM until 7 AM

Required Skills / Procedures :

X-Ray : Extremities, Abdomen / GI, Spine, Pelvis, Head, Chest / Thorax, Musculoskeletal

Fluoroscopy : Lower & Upper Extremities; Preferred : Enema, Surgery / C-arm

Special Procedures : Brain Perfusion, Coronary CTA, CT Arthrography, Myelography, Transplant Studies, Vascular CTA

Spine & Musculoskeletal : Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar

Preparation & Administration of Contrast Media, Starting Peripheral IVs

Equipment / Charting :

GE PACS, EPIC

Preferred : Multiplanar Reconstruction (MPR)

Certifications :

ARRT (RT R CT), BLS, WA State License

Other :

Professional scrubs, no logos, in good condition

Independent worker, excellent customer service, collaborative with ED team
