What’s the Role?
We are currently seeking a hard-working, dedicated
Executive Assistant
to join our innovative and passionate team.
Manage and maintain executive calendar and e-mails, assist in meeting preparation, and schedule / coordinate meetings and conference
Answer all incoming phone calls and direct to the appropriate team member
Organize and manage business trackers and follow-up systems for clients, business partners and industry professionals
Assist with administrative tasks including expense reports, follow up with accounting, travel coordination, etc.
Coordinate with internal and external departments for increased brand awareness (e.g., marketing, events, business development)
Support team activities and events, group logistics and staff morale
Perform various research tasks as assigned
Qualifications
3-5 years as an Executive or Administrative Assistant
Excellent organization, time and project management skills
Self-starter with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work pro-actively in a fast-paced, high-volume, creative and deadline-oriented environment
