Job description2+ years as an Accounting Manager or Controller in a resort setting 5 years of experience in accounting High level of accuracy and attention to detail Mentor style of leadership and developmental approach to management Manage the accounting team with consistency and integrity Ensure accurate A / R, A / P, income auditing, and payroll Assist the Director of Finance with monthly and year-end closings, preparing journal entries, and accruals Ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP standards Support budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning Prepare financial reports and statements, owner reports and investor communications Other duties as assigned
