Job Summary :

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Substance Abuse Therapists to provide essential counseling services in accordance with policy, state, and federal regulations. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will foster a supportive environment for patients seeking recovery, ensuring a safe and balanced atmosphere for healing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team to develop individualized patient care plans
• Conduct comprehensive assessments utilizing ASAM criteria for appropriate patient placement and treatment justification
• Provide crisis intervention, service coordination, and counseling support for individuals with substance use disorders
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
• Advocate for patient needs within the community, including housing, probation, and social services
• Monitor patient condition and adjust treatment plans to ensure the best therapeutic outcomes
• Adhere to professional and ethical standards, including compliance with NAADAC Code of Ethics
