Salesforce Database Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Database Architect to design, implement, and optimize data architecture solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration, with a deep understanding of Salesforce's underlying database structures. You will play a critical role in ensuring the scalability, performance, and reliability of our Salesforce CRM ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and maintain scalable Salesforce data models, schema, and relationships aligned with business needs.
• Architect and implement data integration strategies between Salesforce and external systems (e.g., classy, meetup, mailchimp, constant contact, etc).
• Collaborate with Crossing Party Lines teams, staff, Board of Directors, and volunteers to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Establish and enforce data governance standards and best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Optimize performance of large data sets and complex queries within Salesforce.
• Develop and maintain documentation for database architecture, data flows, and integration mappings.
• Evaluate and recommend third-party tools, plug-ins, and AppExchange products related to data management and integration.
• Support system scalability and high availability by following Salesforce best practices for large-scale implementations.
• Mentor administrators, volunteers, and others, on data-related topics, including normalization, relationships, and indexing.
