• Please note that this position is remote, but candidates must be within commuting distance to the Chicago suburbs for occasional on-site meetings.

We are looking to add a  Project Engineering Manager - Capital & Continuous Improvement  to the team! This position is responsible for leading the development, facilitation, and implementation of the Capital Equipment and  Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement processes for all manufacturing locations company-wide. This position will work closely with operations leadership, plant personnel, and continuous improvement teams at both the business unit and corporate level. Responsibilities will also include designing and delivering capital equipment improvements, training programs, leading and facilitating process improvement teams, analyzing processes, metrics and results, and implementing strategies as necessary.

This position may require travel between 30%  to 50% both domestically and internationally.

RRD's current salary range for this role is $116,500 to $186,500 / year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
