Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments Fit and prescribe contact lenses Manage ocular diseases and perform surgery co-management Address patient concerns, including emergencies and pediatric care Collaborate with a supportive team to provide high-quality eye care Compensation and Benefits: Base salary starts at $150,000, with the potential for increases based on patient volume and productivity. Opportunity for monthly bonuses through product sales (glasses, contacts) estimated between $800 - $1,000. Additional bonuses are available for Retinal Photography Screening and Post-operative Refraction, providing further earning potential.
