Job Title
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial reporting. Conduct regular reviews of General Ledger (GL) activity, schedules. Collaborate with department managers to create budgets. Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial forecasting. Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll. Monitor employee timekeeping systems. Handle payroll-related reporting, such as W-2s, tax filings, and benefits deductions. Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes. Reconcile bank accounts, credit card transactions, and dealership financial records. Manage vendor relationships and maintain accurate billing records. Enforce internal controls. Oversee tax compliance, including sales tax, payroll tax. Work closely with external auditors. Supervise and mentor accounting and office staff. Conduct regular training sessions. Delegate tasks effectively to maintain efficiency and meet deadlines.
Requirements Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
