As a Nursing Professional Development (NPD) Specialist, you will collaborate with nursing leadership to enhance clinical excellence by integrating evidence-based nursing practices within a designated specialty or service area. Your role will focus on designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs that support clinical staff development, improve patient care outcomes, and promote continuous learning. You will also serve as a clinical resource, mentor, and change agent, leading initiatives to advance staff competencies and clinical practices. Your leadership will foster a culture of innovation, research, and high-quality care across the department.
