Job description

Coverage Needed :

  • Start Date : 2025-12-01
  • End Date : Ongoing
  • Schedule : Monday, Wednesday, Thursday - Clinic 08 : 00-17 : 00 (12 : 00-13 : 00 lunch); Tuesday, Friday - Surgery Day
  • Coverage Type : Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call

Clinical Details :

  • Provider must perform all "bread and butter" ENT procedures
  • 1-3 calls per month (10 days per month)
  • EMR : EPIC
  • Support Staff : 2 audiologists in the clinic
  • Patient Encounters Per Shift : 20+
  • Average Phone Consults : 0-5
  • Average Patients Seen : 0-2
  • Call Response Time Required : 20 minutes
  • Hands On Percentage : 100
  • Admissions : 0-2
