Job title: Business-level Mandarin Speaker - Warehouse Specialist (No Experience Needed)
Location: Lathrop, CA
Pay ranges:
$22.00 - $23.00 for those with no experience.
$24.00 - $25.00 for those with warehouse experience
Working hours: 5am to 2pm
Requirements:
Business-level proficiency in English and Mandarin since this role requires frequent communication with the team in China.

Bilingual Mandarin Warehouse Specialist

Key Responsibilities: (We will assign to learn from different supervisors to oversee various tasks, with on-the-job training provided through a rotational approach)
• Assistant supervisors with operations of DSPs, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee warehouse activities for consistency and reliability.
• Conduct daily control meetings and performance reviews.
• Recruit qualified DSPs and provide onboarding.
• Design training to improve service quality.
• Oversee regional fleet operations, task distribution, and cost control.
• Continuously optimize collection models and processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Handle daily operations and emergency responses.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, bilingual Mandarin required.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments
• Bilingual Mandarin - Business level proficiency in English and Mandarin required. need to communicate with Mandarin speaking people.
