Source Medical Center is looking for an Inpatient Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13 week travel contract with a 111 Bed Hospital in Placerville, CA.

Orientation Hours : 40

SHIFT : Tuesday-Saturday 8 : 30-5

Number of Weekend Shifts Per Contract :

one full weekend in 4-week period OR Su-Thurs, Tues-Sat schedule

Candidate will float between both locations (2 min away) - 1100 Marshall Way Placerville CA to 1000 Fowler Way Suite 6 Placerville CA

Patient Age Groups : Adults, Geriatrics

Daily Census : 45 for rehab

Number of Visits Per Day :

Interdisciplinary Support :

Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Social Services, Rapid Response Teams, Unit Secretary

Patient Diagnoses :

Will work in medical ICU, ED and on medical / surgical floors. No high level trauma, no SCI, no burns, no neurosurgery.

Job Requirements & Qualifications :

COVID Vaccine required  (medical / religious exemptions accepted)

Pay Packages are based on 40 hrs per week / 13 weeks subject to confirmation.
