The Company is seeking a Director of Tax and Investment Strategies to assume a crucial leadership role focusing on tax strategy, investment oversight, and financial operations. The successful candidate will lead tax planning initiatives, collaborate with external accounting firms for tax filings, and ensure compliance across various entities. This role also involves developing and managing investment strategies across diverse asset classes, serving as the main contact for investment managers and custodians, and diligently monitoring asset performance. The Director will be instrumental in multigenerational wealth planning, act as a trusted financial advisor to family members, and design effective charitable giving strategies.

Qualifications

Applicants for the Director of Tax and Investment Strategies position must be CPAs with at least 7 years of experience in tax and investment management. Experience in a family office or multi-family office setting is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate should have expertise in high-net-worth structures, estate planning, compliance, and should be adept at working with financially sophisticated individuals.

The right candidate will exhibit discretion, independence, and strong organizational skills, possessing a proven track record in managing diversified portfolios while fostering next-generation engagement. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance for all entities, tracking and reporting on cash flow, and maintaining strong collaboration with external advisors.
