Key Responsibilities

Lead stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments, and governance

Define target operating models and establish joint workflows for marketing and data teams

Advise executives on investment choices and facilitate steering sessions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, change management, or related disciplines; MBA preferred

5+ years in management consulting or digital transformation with proven change management leadership

Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities

Demonstrated success in designing operating models for data-driven marketing

Strong quantitative orientation and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
